Jonny Milner (born 8 January 1969) is an English rally driver. Originating in East Yorkshire he won the British Rally Championship in 2002 and 2003, driving a Toyota Corolla WRC and co-driven by wales' Nicky Beech. He dominated both season and finishing on the podium in every single rally during his championship reign.

He came out of 'retirement' in 2010 to win MSA National Gravel Rally Champs. He also competed in the 2014 British Rally Championship season.
